Mount Nasu-dake (那須岳) is located in Tochigi Prefecture and is a collective term for mountains like Chausu-dake, Asahi-dake, and Sanbon-yari-dake. The highest point is Sanbon-yari-dake (三本槍岳) at 1,917m. It is counted as one of the 100 Famous Mountains of Japan.

There is a ropeway running up to the middle of Chausu-dake, making it a convenient route to use.

From Nasu-Shiobara Station or Kuroiso Station, take the Kanto Jidosha Nasu Line bus and get off at Nasu Ropeway.
