Access to the Trailhead
The nearest trailheads are Ichinosawa Trailhead and Mimata Trailhead. From Ichinosawa Trailhead to the summit of Mt. Jonendake takes 5 hours 45 minutes, and from Mimata Trailhead it takes 6 hours 20 minutes. Unfortunately, no buses run to either trailhead, so you will need to take a taxi from Hotaka Station.
