Mt.Bōnoore(棒ノ折山)

Mount Bōnoore(棒ノ折山) is a 969 meters high mountain situated at the border between Tokyo and Saitama Prefecture.

There is a deep Gorju on the way of climbing.
On sunny days, from the summit you can see the Seibu Dome in Saitama Prefecture. After you descend down, there is Sasabiri hot spring(Sawarabino-Yuさわらびの湯) of natural hot spring near the bus stop, you can wash sweat from climbing.

We will recommend a hiking route that from Sawarabino-Yu(さわらびの湯) bus stop to the summit, then back to the bus stop.Then you can heal your tired body at the hot spring after hiking.
It takes 2 hours and 30 minutes to reach the summit from the bus stop.

1.【Go】Hanno Sta.(飯能駅) → Sawarabi-no-yu(さわらびの湯)

From the #2 bus stop in front of Hanno Station(飯能駅) on Seibu Railway, you get on either bus bound for “Naguri-shako(名栗車庫)”, “Nagou(名郷)” or “Yuzawa(湯沢)”.
Then, get off at Sawarabi-no-yu(さわらびの湯) bus stop.

2.【Return】Sawarabi-no-yu(さわらびの湯) to Hanno Sta.(飯能駅)

From Sawarabi-no-yu(さわらびの湯), take the bus bound for Hanno Station(飯能駅) and get off at Hanno Station.
