Mount Daisen (大山) is a 1,729-meter-high mountain located in Tottori Prefecture. It is known for having one of the largest beech forests in western Japan and is the site of the Daisen Kyaraboku group, a national natural monument. The mountain is also listed among Japan’s 100 famous mountains.

From JR West Daisen-guchi Station, take the Daisen-cho Town Bus (bound for Sama / Daisen-ji) and get off at the Daisen-ji bus stop.

From JR West Hoki-Daisen Station, take the Hongu-Daisen Line bus (via the sightseeing road, bound for Hongu / Daisen-ji) and get off at Daisen-ji.
